    International Conference on Education and Education of Social Sciences will be held in Malacca, Malaysia on Aug 27, 2021. The primary goal of the conference is to provide opportunities for researchers, scientists, scholars, engineers, and practitioners from all around the world to present and share ongoing research activities. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, establish research relations, and to find global partners for future collaboration. We hope that the conference results constituted a significant contribution to the knowledge in these up-to-date Mathematics, Statistics, Education & Law fields.

    In order to restrain our participants from traveling during pandemic covid-19, we have introduced this new feature of video conferencing-

    A convenient way of sharing and discussion.

     

    1. Download Zoom App (Mobile/Notepad/Tablet)

    2. Create (Sign-Up) a Zoom Account (www.zoom.us)

    3. We will send a meeting invite with an embedded video link. You can find the Meeting ID and Password.

    4. Verify your camera and audio input and network connectivity set up before joining the conference call and sharing your screen.

    5. You can leave the meeting whenever you want.

     

    Presenters who will not be able to perform a live presentation via Zoom must prepare a pre-recorded video presentation.

     

    There are many video conferencing software applications to quickly record a presentation. In this method, you can show your face via webcam (if you’d like) and display your slides as you talk. You can use any meeting software (Zoom/Skype) as long as you have good recording quality and your final file is in MP4 format.

    Our recommended approach to record a compatible video from the content displayed on your computer screen and voice recording via the computer microphone is to record the presentation using Zoom, available to users on most platforms and in most countries.

  • Author's Guideline

    1. Medium of the conference:

    English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented in both English.

    2. Presentation & Publication (Full paper):

    A full paper is requested if you are also considering publishing your paper(optional).

    3. Oral Presentation Only (Abstract):

    If you only want to make an oral presentation without a journal publication, you can only submit an Abstract or Extended Abstract.

    4. Ethical Standards:

    Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research findings, experimental or theoretical, and should not be considered for publication elsewhere. We strongly believe that ethical behavior is the most important virtue of any academic. Consequently, any act of plagiarism is completely inappropriate academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

    5. Presentation Modes:

    1. Presenters (ORAL Presentation) – LIVE ZOOM

    • Opportunity to do a Live Zoom Presentation at the Conference.

    • Each Presenter will get 10 Minutes for their Presentation and 5 Minutes for Q&A Session.

    • Once a session has concluded, the video will be available on-demand for one month.

    ​​2. Presenters (ORAL Presentation) – Pre-Recorded Video Option

    • This Option is for the Participants who would like to Record the Presentation and play it than Presenting Live at the Conference.

    • The Presenter can record the 10 Minutes Video Presentation and send it to us. (The Video should be 10 minutes or lesser.)

    • The Organizing Committee will play the Video in your Presentation Slot.

    • These presentations will be uploaded in the IIARP YouTube conference link or Slide Share link. So that conference participants will have access to all virtual presentations during and after the conference.

    6. The criteria for the Best Oral Presentation Award are:

    • Clarity of submitted abstract

    • Importance of the work

    • The novelty of the work

    • Level of completion of the work

    • Uniqueness or originality of the research topic

    • The ability of the presenter to explain the work

    We will select one best oral presentation and one poster presentation. The awards shall be announced during the conference at the end of the

    conference and the names of award winners will be published in conference News.

  • Submission Guidelines

    In the first instance, we require everyone who wishes to submit their work to the conference to submit an abstract describing the proposed paper, work in progress, presentation, etc. The abstract submission form will guide you through the process but we recommend you read the call for papers first to ensure you select the correct track and submission type.

     

    Submitting an Abstract

    • The maximum word limit for the abstract is between 200 and 250 words. The abstracts which do not meet this word limit will be asked for revisions.

    • Abstracts must be submitted online via the website only. ABSTRACTS SUBMITTED BY EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

    • All submissions must include a structured abstract, following the format outlined below. These four sub-headings and their accompanying explanations must always be included: 1. Purpose, 2. Design/methodology/approach, 3. Findings, 4. Originality

    • Your submission should be submitted in English.

    Submitting a Paper

    • The manuscript should contain a minimum of 4,000 words and should not exceed 8,000 words, Word count starts from introduction to start of references, excluding abstract, figures, tables, references, funding, footnotes, appendix, and acknowledgments, and the file should be in Microsoft Office (.doc/.docx) format.

    • Prospective authors are invited to submit full text papers including abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, result description, tables, figures, and references.

    • Before submitting your paper, please ensure that it has been carefully read for typographical and grammatical errors. If English is not your first language, have your paper proofread by an English-speaking person. Papers will be returned if the standard of English is not considered to be good enough for publication.

    • All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical.

    • Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

  • Registration

    Registration Fees:

    To confirm your participation in the International Conference, please register by the registration deadline. All delegates are requested to contact info.iferd@gmail.com to get the account detail and to make the payment.

    Important Note:

    • To complete registration, make the payment and send us the payment receipt or transaction proof you received after the transaction you made along with the filled-up registration form scanned copy before the last date of conference registration.

    • Delegates should bear the Service Charges (if any) of the bank on the Sender’s Side with registration fees.

    • ​​Submit your Full paper for journal publication only after payment being confirmed by the committee.

    • ​​Registration fees you paid are non-refundable in case of not attending the conference or withdrawing the paper.

Author(s) need to register as Conference Presenter (80 USD) before submitting the full manuscript. All journals are subject to compliance with the journal’s guidelines, terms, and conditions. Publication Duration 3 to 10 months & Publication Payment must be made after receiving the Journal acceptance letter.

    Registration Process:

    • It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted paper, there will be a discount on additional paper registration.

    • ​​In the case of the First paper, FULL FEE will be charged and in the case of additional papers 50% of the total fee per additional paper will be charged (only if the same author is being registered for all the papers).

    **The registration fee is non-refundable. The paid amount can be used as a stored credit for any of our upcoming conferences.

  • Publication

    Proceedings Publication

    ​All abstracts accepted for presentation in this conference will be Double Peer Blind Reviewed and will be published in the conference abstracts proceeding. The accepted abstracts will only be published if payment of registration has been made by the deadline.

    Publication Opportunity in Conference Associated Journals

    ICEES offers open-access publishing of multidisciplinary journals. The scope of ICEES publishing encompasses all fields of science and technology, as well as related areas of management, business, social sciences, humanities, chemistry, and the environment.

    • International Journal Publication in SCOPUS (Elsevier), Web of Science, ESCI, SCIE/SSCI indexed Journals on the request by the author. In such a case, it may take 3 to 10 months for the review and publication process. It can be higher than the mentioned dates (more than 10 months) if the queue for publication is long at the Publisher side.

    • The Peer Review & other indexing Conference associated International Journals takes a minimum of 25 to 45 days to complete the review process and publication after the conference, and may be delayed sometimes as it depends upon the publisher based on upcoming issues.
